    Cardiac and Pulmonary Conditions

At California Stem Cell Treatment Center, we aim to transform cardiac and pulmonary care.

We are redefining how we approach conditions such as: asthma, myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD / group of lung diseases that block airflow and make it difficult to breathe).

Our goal is to rein in the potential healing and restorative properties of autologous (your cells) adult stem cells, specifically the regenerative cells found in stromal vascular fraction (SVF), in every patient’s body.

With these reliable procedures, we strive to improve our patients’ overall health and quality of life.

By offering a valid alternative to surgery, California Stem Cell Treatment Center is shaping the future of cardiac and pulmonary healthcare.

    Asthma

Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease of the airways. It manifests as wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, shortness of breath, and bronchospasms.

An asthma attack can be classified into two types, based on symptoms:

    (1) Forced expiratory volume within one second.

    (2) Peak expiratory flow rate (can be exercise-induced or occupational).

In managing asthma related airway inflammation, researchers worldwide adopt adult stem cells’ anti-inflammatory and immune-modulatory advancements.

California Stem Cell Treatment Center is leading this study, investigating the effects of a stem cell rich, growth factor-rich therapy on chronic asthma.

    What causes asthma?

    Post-MI Myocardial Infarction

When myocardial infarction takes place (heart attack), blood flow is reduced, resulting in severe heart damage.

MI is often accompanied by further infarction and chronic angina, typically due to coronary artery disease.

Using regenerative medicine, our goal is to regenerate lost myocytes during cardiac ischemia.

Cardiac and pulmonary conditions are not to be taken lightly. Here at CSSTS, we are constantly in contact with our patient and their best interest and needs.

There is promising research in this area with adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells, same with those found in stromal vascular fraction (SVF).

Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) and Cardiomyopathy

Adult stem cells can most certainly provide a healing alternative for congestive heart failure (CHF) and cardiomyopathy alike.

Cardiomyopathy is often associated with CHF, which causes numerous deaths and hospitalizations each year.

Clinical trials have demonstrated the safety and effectiveness of adult mesenchymal stem cells in managing cardiac disease.

Research on “optimal source and delivery” method remains ongoing.

    Lung Disease

Adult stem cells are continuously being studied for their anti-inflammatory and immune-modulatory properties in the field of lung disease.

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is among one of the most observed Cardiac and pulmonary conditions.

US researchers and abroad are exploring the potential of adult stem cells to address the loss of elasticity and airway damage seen in COPD patients.

As part of our research at California Stem Cell Treatment Center, we are discovering the effects of SVF, rich in mesenchymal stem cells and growth factors, on airway and healing those airways.
